I'm Emma Louise Bennett, the founder of The Empowerful Club. As an experienced ICF-certified coach with a unique background in both education and positive psychology, I've spent over 20 years teaching and mentoring in secondary education. However, after experiencing profound burnout during perimenopause, I took a life-changing sabbatical in Italy, giving myself the space for self-reflection and growth. This journey ultimately inspired me to transition into coaching, a career which has been enhanced by studying for my Master's degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.
